T&T: Diesel fuel future costs

I think Dennis has a good point of discussion because at some price point
even economical trawler owners will feel the bite of diesel prices.

Go fasts which are burning 30 gal/hr and up will be curtailed first IMO.

Caribbean prices are in the $5 to $7/gal point right now.

So where is your threshold?

$4, 5, 6, ...10/gal??

The vision of fueling Swan Song up with 1200 gals for $12,000 isn't a
possibility for us yet Lee suggest that its almost there in Turkey and
Michael says it's already there in the UK. A 2000 gal/year cruising plan for
$20K in fuel costs? I don't think so :-(
