I have installed one of their pure sine wave inverters with charger and
remote. When I installed the unit the temp lead came apart so I called them.
They sent a new one out right away. The unit seemed to work fine until I
started the engines up which was awhile after installation due to my illness Then
I had a real problem as I had no 110v or charging. So called them and the
tech was great. He told me that because I had some background that I could
just send the boards up to them and they would send replacements out..

The nightmare began there. They asked for a credit card to insure that I
would send back the old boards. Next thing I knew I had a 600.00 charged to my
credit card. I called them and they told me that was a deposit that was
held for 30 days to insure return of their equipment It took me 3 days to get it
off since I got the run around from the RMA person and accountant. To solve
the deposit problem they said they would send me a ups tag for pickup so
that I would not be charged to return the whole unit. I waited for 3 weeks and
no slip so called and the RMA gal who assured me she would do it said she had
not done it So they did arrange for a ups pickup at the unit I know they
got it last week so will see what happens.

Again tech was great but the rest of the staff seems pretty flaky.
