T&T: Anchor Loyalty

Hey - I love the philosophy of anchor scope of 21:1 - just think about 
how much chain we would need here in the Pacific Northwest where we 
regularly anchor in depths of up to 100 feet.
Only question I have in this regard is where the hell do you store the 
necessary 1500 - 2000 feet of chain and what the hell do you use for a 
winch?
Me thinks a ratio of 7:1 is more realistic.
