T&T: Any AirMail/Winlink users local to Mystic, CT?

There are lot of ways that you could be having trouble.
I am not well versed in the Winlink or similar HAM systems. But, the 
system at the other end may not be responding due to some conflict with 
your callsign and license class, or that your call is not in their database.

Most of the frequencies that provide HAM teletype are restricted to 
General or Extra Class.

Your ICOM 710 may not have the correct narrow filters for teletype.
It might be a build that predates having the components that will 
support reliable teletype.
Your set should be allowed to warm up for at least 5 minutes or so 
before attempting to transmit. This sort of transmission is known as 
Narrow Band Printing, about 500 hz. The set must be in top condition to 
work reliably.
