T&T: Airmar Speed Transducer

actually the "smart transducer" is different.  all it does is combine
a paddlewheel with a NMEA interface.  it works fine, but it's not
calibratable (e.g. for keel offset).

the cs4500 unit doesn't work that way; it imitates a paddlewheel.
