T&T: ICW fuel scam

In the dive shop we do quite a bit of interenet business (no card present). 
Every time we get into any kind of a cc dispute with anyone over damn near 
anything we lose. Could fill a book with them. I,ve never seen the cc 
compant take our side. Seems the customer is always right and tough to the 
vendor. I can't see how they can force you to pay since you have proof you 
weren't there. I'd call they're fraud dept. first and then work my way up.
