T&T: Rear view cameras

Consider RV cameras and moniters.  These are often cheaper than Marine, and
made for outdoor environments which are more severe than the household type.

For example: http://www.rearviewsystems.com/ has a number of very nice units.
Many of these are completely sealed and some even have heaters to avoid
fogging.

Also the usual "rear view" camera system reverses the image, so that it
appears correctly on the moniter (right appears on the right side of the
screen as you face foreward, instead if you were to use a normal security
camera, right would be on the left side of the screen).
