While on that topic, has anybody heard anything solid about Walker's Cay?
Last rumor I heard was that Cay Clubs, who tried to develop the heck out of
the Keys was making a move on Walkers.  Now, since Cay Clubs appear to have
big troubles, I'm wondering about Walkers.

We cleared in at Walkers Cay a year ago.  There was no sign of
redevelopment activity at that time.  The docks were usable but very
broken down.  The customs office remains open to service the small air
strip.
