Captn Jack sells a CD with all the NOAA charts for less than $50 - and gives 
it away free if you buy equipment from him. Other vendors sell the CD for 
prices ranging from $20 to $40. Do a google search for NOAA CD charts. It is far 
more convenient to buy the CD than to suffer through downloading all the 
charts.
