T&T: Epoxy advice....

Happy Friday!!!.....I'm about to begin applying penetrating epoxy  (Epiglass) 
to my newly stripped teak hand and toe  rails...Finally!!!..
 
.I bought the product, opened it when I got home, but there are no  detailed 
instructions for use other than bonding two pieces together,  LOL...
 
I'm assuming it's applied in multiple coats, sanding in between, but  my 
question is how many is enough??...I called Interlux, but their tech support  is 
closed for the weekend...
 
Any advice is appreciated as always....
