T&T: NOAA charts, easily accessible, or just buy them?

Try these sites.  I've never had much luck with the graphical interface, but
the text interface works well.  If you select a lot of charts to download it
becomes a fairly big file, so a slow connection can cause issues, but you
can break the download into smaller groups.
