I'm not familiar with the format that CE uses to export/import waypoints in 
a text file, but if someone were to ask this question for VNS (VIsual 
Navigator Suite), here's what I would do... .

1.) export a few waypoints from VNS and with a simple text editor (Notepad) 
reverse engineer what I see into what it means.

2.) export my fishing spots from Excel into a CSV text file.

3. Use Notepad to reformat what you got from step 2.) into something that 
VNS wants as discovered from step 1.)

(Hopefully multi-line search and replace can speed up step 3.))

Perhaps this technique would work for CE.
