T&T: Cheapest fuel in Panama City area

I have located the one delivery truck hereabouts (S.C. Rowe), and he had
fuel yesterday for about 1.98, while the cheapest fuel pier in the area was
2.29. The only hitch is he doesn't get into my neck of the woods until next
Tuesday. I am hoping that prices will not escalate too far before that
time. Not only do I save the six hour round trip to the cheap fuel pier, I
save the 20 +/- gallons of diesel fuel getting there and back; so maybe any
price rise will be offset by the 150-foot trip I have to make to a place
where his fuel hose will reach to the boat.

For those traveling through the area, I would hazard the guess that the
truck doesn't deliver to the normal transient marinas, which all have their
own fuel to sell, but I will ask the driver when I see him.
