T&T: Boat loans

Not that anyone might be buying boats in the winter during this economy but
....

When I was looking to finance a boat, the lending institutions told me
I could not pay attention to the prime rate or home mortgage rates,
but instead needed to monitor the bond markets which the lending
institutions based their rates on.  With that said, and today's drop
of the prime rate again, with news that the bond market is at record
low returns...should the boat loan rates be going down?

Come on Spring!
