Boston  amendment to special anchorage area

The US Coast Guard has amended the regulations so as to expand the
Boston Inner Harbor Special Anchorage Area A at the entrance to
Fort Point Channel in Boston Harbor to provide additional anchorage
space for vessels of not more than 65 feet in length.  This amendment
comes into effect on January 14, 2009.  73 Fed. Reg. 75951  (December
15, 2008).
