T&T: Charts and guides for the North East Loop cruise

We  are planning to do the North East Loop Cruise this summer leaving  from 
Mystic, CT in July.
I  am looking for hints and places to find the charts and cruising  guides as 
well as any cruising information you might have from doing the  cruise.
