T&T: ICW in winter

And I thought about that as I wrote it..............

I am away from my dock right now, down in Yorktown,(Virginia) at the municipal pier right now to participate in a lighted boat parade tomorrow evening. The water temp is low 40's and I am being much more strict about safety procedures not only because of the cold water, but because the boat deck, with lights/wires is much more of a tripping hazard than I like.
