Marge, your experience is the same as that of many others. David  
Pogue, the technology editor of the New York Times, reviewed the  
Storm and called it the worst product that BlackBerry has ever  
produced. I tried using one at my local Verizon store and fully  
agree. Too bad because Verizon has the most reliable cell phone  
service in my backwoods area. If you need to type anything on the  
Storm, "fuggedaboudit." BlackBerry's effort to catch up with the
