Here in S. FL we have to winterize too.

Give the dinghy a few extra pumps of air in the tubes.....
Take the Hurricane double lines off....
Make sure we have fixins for a hot toddy instead of a Margarita....
And cast off on some of the best boating we get all year <vbg>
We had a stiff breeze here today and the wind chill got all the way down to
65.

With the threat of actual freezing temps in the offing, I have changed the
light bulbs in engine room, lazarrette, and fly bridge console from CFL to
hotter filament-style.  I also drained the windshield wash water from that
system, and set up an electric oil-filled heater on timer to come on during
the night hours.

That's about it, unless it gets really cold, at which time I will turn on
the water heater and the reverse cycle air conditioners for the duration of
the really bad weax (usually only a day or two at a stretch).

That's about what it takes for this part of the world.
