T&T: Walking away from boats

Mike,
	There was a similar story in the Seattle paper re: PNW marinas.  
Apparently some people can't keep up payments and are walking away. A  
suddenly growing issue for some marinas.

Houses foreclosing and now boats abandoned... I don't want to sound  
crass or insensitive, but there are going to be some great bargains  
the next couple of years.
