T&T: Blackberry 'Storm' Phon

In a conversation with a fellow who has become "my Verizon Guy" in
recent years, I was told that they are having a lot of problems with
this model and high customer service complaints in his store.......

I also saw an unfavorable review recently, but don't recall the source.
