The point is, if you can find a simpler, less expensive solution that works,
do it. I have the same problem, although not as bad. So the guy comes out,
sorta finds the leak with a sniffer. Then the coil has to be replaced, the
unit has to be removed, find a new coil, spend lots of $$ on labor and
parts. Yea, it may be a better solution, but if there is a leak fix that can
just be pumped into the system with some Freon, why not give it a go? I'm
interested in anyone's experience with the product mentioned as well.
