T&T: Anchor chain painting

While it may not be the permanent cure, but if I were faced with a bunch of
rusty chain I couldn't re-galvanize or replace quickly, I'd consider
spraying it down with some "rust killer" like Extend.  The Ospho mentioned
in one post does something like that, but I am unsure of the composition
comparison between it and Extend, which I like.
