T&T: Anchor chain painting

Rust is rust, no matter which way you look at it, the metal is corroding...
Not to mention that rust is making its way in your anchor locker and will be
running down the side of your boat if your locker drains outside the boat,
leaving a nasty rust stain on a white hull.
