T&T: Residence etc

It's really getting out of hand all these Government restrictions and requirements in order to operate a pleasure vessel, it's time the people took back the Country from the politcial dictstors.

All one should need is proof of citizenship or legal status within the Country, it's always amusing when the cash is paid, there is no requirement then for all that documentation crap.

Here in Vancouver BC one cannot maintain ones local health care enrollment if one uses a box # for address even though a permanent resident, boats do not qualify as residence except of course if purchasing booze, then aboat  qualifies!!!!!money talks, b/s walks.
