  If you have correctly installed the shunt at the negative terminal of
your batteries so that all system current flows through it, then your
reading the correct total current flow. Otherwise, you are missing
current draw from other devices.

You could try to isolate the batteries at the point you hit the low 10v
range and see which battery in your bank is pulling down the rest.
Disconnect the cables and let them sit for about half hour then read
each one to see which has the lowest voltage reading.  You could have a
bad cell in one of the batteries.
