T&T: 12 volt interior lights

As of this morning, Home Depot Canada still stock halogen "puck" lights. 
They come three to a package and have a small "wall wart" transformer 
that you chuck and run then direct from 12 volts. I have several sets in 
the house running from 110 that have been in service for over 5 years 
and they are still going strong so they are fairly well made. I am in 
the process of installing 14 in all on the boat that will run from the 
12 volt system. Canadian cost is about $ 30.00 a set so your cost in the 
US should be less. I think that if Home Depot Canada stocks them, the US 
store should as well.
Flour. tube lights are a real pain and hard to get small enough for a 
boat - try a bigger RV store, they just may have what you are looking for.
