Sid,
It sounds like you have an obstruction somewhere in your cooling loop. Check
your sea strainer and raw water filter screen. How old is the impeller on your
raw water pump? Has it been replaced lately? Take off the end cap on your heat
exchanger and see if it is full of crud or pieces of impeller?
