I guess things change in 5 years. They appear completely indifferent  
to my issue. After the initial suggestion to mount it higher so it  
wouldn't have to cycle as much (????###@!), they have ignored my  
subsequent pleas. The unit I bought directly from them in October has  
wimpy, short wires, and is encapsulated. I have only e-mailed them, I  
am still too ticked; I think a phone call would be unnecessarily edgy  
right now. The same Mr. West was the guy who answered my e-mail and I  
suppose the same guy who hasn't answered the subsequent one.

Sounds more like one of those companies that lets their customers  
test and QC their product for them.

Gotta go cycle the pump now..
