I can vouch for that. At one meeting, the Charles Rep was particularly
obnoxious in pushing for heavier shield gage material.  I suggested to him
that he was dangerously close to suggesting restrictive trade practices.
You could have heard a pin drop!
Then the meeting moved on to other matters and nary a peep from the Charles
rep.  (<VBG>
