T&T: i am looking for anyone who has painted a white hull with a dark color

It seems to me there was Passagemaker article on this subject a couple
of years ago, and it discussed an inherent problem with painting dark
over light.  As I recall there is a difference between the curing of
light colored gelcoat and/or fiberglass and dark colored gelcoat
and/or fiberglass.  If that is true, I would expect that KKMI should
have known that.  Maybe Nelson's or Grand Marina would have an opinion
on the subject.
