T&T: What Do Divers Charge For Bottom Maintenance?

My diver, "Flicker Marine, Inc.", (no connection other than a customer)
charges 2.25/ft and will clean out thru hulls and change zincs for the cost
of material while he is cleaning.  I have him do my bottom every three
months so maybe that's why there is no labor charge for the other work.
