T&T: Vacuflush Cycling

I had a Vacuflush on my old boat that I lived on.  I don't ever recall it
recycling unless the seal wasn't properly made and there would be no water in
the bowl.  You probably have a slight vacuum leak somewhere.  That'll be fun
to find.
