T&T: bilge cleaner?

I don't recall the name of the product, Home Depot sells a degreasing
  cleaner that's purple in a gallon container. I think it's called Purple Cleaner.
   
  Have used it in the bilge to clean oil spills and it worked great for me. It 
  does require a little agitation but I did that with a stick.
