T&T: Window Treatment

Jane and I found some extruded plastic channel that measured 1" wide and
1/2" deep inside.

talog=070148   We then glued fabric to the outside that matched the
upholstery and fastened them inside the window jambs.  Jane ordered new 1"
mini blinds and the new channels we made hold the blinds in place
beautifully no matter what position the blinds are in.
