New hose. Don't try to replace parts of it, get it ALL.

Don't make your choice of product predicated on price. IMHO OdorSafe. 
Plus is the only way to go. I recently changed the whole system on 
Maerin to vacuflush, everything new but the tank. I used as much hard 
PVC as I could manage to get in, specifically on the discharge from the 
vacuum pump to the tank, the rest was in flex. I got the hose from 
Seacoast <http://www.sealandsanitation.com/>in a 50 ft. roll. Best price 
I found, and George was helpful in getting me line up with the fittings 
& parts I needed. Standard disclaimers...
