I have had good success with Ultratuff Marine non-skid. 
http://ultratuff.net/  The owner of the yard where I found out about it had 
extensive Navy and Coast Guard repair/refit contracts and he swears by it. 
One part brush on or spray on. It applies easily and is very durable.
