Has anybody tried the liquid vinyl stuff? West Marine sells it for dipping rope ends in to prevent unraveling. I think it comes in both clear and white colors and 3 or 4 coats would last for years. Just a thought... Eric Thompson S/V Procrastinator South San Francisco capteric36 at sbcglobal.net
