T&T: GPS Discrepancy

I know you SAID both are reading in Knots, but if one GPS were reading 7.0 
and the other were reading 8.05, I would be convinced that the former is in 
Knots and the latter is in Statute Miles per Hour.

(BTW, I use the mnemonic to remember difference between Kts and MPH as the 
same as tipping in a restaurant, 15%. At least for this cheap SOB, speed 
over bottom.)
