T&T: Boat Electrician Needed

Does anyone know a good, of course, boat electrician in the Hampton Roads,  
VA area?
 
My 6-BTA charging system is acting up and I am at the end of my  expertise, 
which consisted of cleaning the  main engine ground wire and the  three spade 
connector plug on top of the alternator. The cleaning of the  spades seems to 
have had an effect but I am still only showing 12.9 volts...up  from the 12 it 
had when I noticed a problem...so I may have done something. I  usually show 
13.8 with the engine running.
