T&T: Active stabilisers

IMO I wouldn't bother with stabilizers solely for the ICW, and possible side 
trips to Bermuda. We've never waited more than 4 days before the weather 
calmed down enough to move on. Four days in a cozy anchorage with nasty 
weather all around provides some of the best memories.
