T&T: Looking for a painter in Central Florida

I am looking for a painter in central Florida, I am currently docked in  
Sanford on the St Johns River. I am looking for recommendations for a painter  
familiar with the use of Awl Grip paints and can do a roll and tip paint job. I  
hired someone in June who worked 5 weeks and got all the easy sanding done, I  
got way to far ahead on his payments and haven't seen him since. I hired 
another  2 weeks ago, he was to start last Monday, He called and said he could not 
start  on Monday but would be here on Tuesday. Haven't heard from him since, 
he will  not even answer his phone and hasn't responded to any messages left 
for him. He  had been highly recommended by a marina in Daytona Beach. Any 
recommendations  would be appreciated!!  Thanks
