IIRC,

There was also some issue in Florida, in that 'Live Aboard's had additional 
restrictions placed on them vs. general boating population.   And the short 
being;  if you called yourself a 'Live Aboard' as opposed to a 'Full Time 
Cruiser', well, then you just yourself agreed to be classified in such a way 
as to fall under those restrictions.
