T&T: : Full Time Cruiser or Livaboard?

I don't know who wrote the original piece of advice, but I interpreted it to 
mean: if you truly are a full time cruiser, be sure to call yourself that 
because of the connotations that "liveaboard" conjures up.

Except for those few that own a boat simply to work on it, rather than use 
it, I have found that boats of "full time cruisers", let's say on the go 7 
months a year or more, are in far better condition than those that don't get 
used.

Of course Al's advice is spot on, be very, very truthful with your insurer.
