T&T: Aft Cabin Ventilation

On our aft cabin Californian 45 we ran the genset, with CO detectors, and  
kept the A/C on, You ain't going to get enough air in the more humid parts of  
the country. Of course, Janet Reno and several members of this list love to  
sweat and smell in south Florida. Each to their own.
