T&T: Aft Cabin Ventilation

If the rear cabin will have opening side windows you might be  able to make 
up a wind scoop like sailboats use on the forward deck hatch  but horizontal. 
Something removable maybe attached to the widow frame and the  handrail. 
Sticking out like a big pair of ears!
