T&T: Sirus Weather

This question is for anyone who uses Sirus Weather with a pc ethernet cable
connection.
A friend  and I have both purchased and installed the Sirus Weather using a
pc, XP operating systems and ethernet connection.  The software used is made
by a company called Gator.
My friend has tried for months to get his to work without crashing the
program under certain circumstances.  He has finally given up and will be
shipping everything back to Sirus and asking for a full refund.  I will soon
be finishing the install and hoping not to have the problems he has had.
I would appreciated any feedback from other Sirus Weather with pc users and
the experience you have had.
