Another solution to the "diagonal/same battery" connection dilemma is
to connect the terminals of each battery independently to a Blue Seas
Power Post or Power Bar. This is particularly useful if you have
several wires that you want to connect to the positive (or negative)
terminal of your combined battery bank, as all the additional wires
can connect to the power bar, rather than having to connect multiple
wires to a battery terminal.
