T&T: Florida DOR Contact

I remember several years ago that someone posted the name of an 
employee at the Florida Dept of Revenue who was both very 
knowledgeable and very helpful with questions regarding taxing boats 
in FL. Does anybody remember this contact?  I think he was in the Ft 
Lauderdale area.
