Based on my experience with a Monk 36, I don't see how you are going to do 
it. I know the Monk couldn't.

With the mast down and Bimini down, the Monk's air clearance is about 12.5 
feet. Add to that 4 feet of hull (water draft) and maybe 6 inches for a 
block for the keel to rest on, the total is 17 feet.
